  • We will not disclose your application status without your authorization.

There are areas on our Web site where we either request or permit you to enter personal information voluntarily. We use this personal information only for the specific purpose specified at the time you input such information.

Aside from any information you may actively disclose to us, there is other, less obvious, information which we assign to you. We may use such information for internal purposes like tracking your visit on our Web pages or storing cookies* to identify you during your visit to our site. This information is composed of randomly generated ID codes that have no relation to your identity. These codes or session IDs function simply as a tracking mechanism to present content and navigation options according to your choices while visiting our site. These cookies and server generated codes are destroyed as soon as you close your browser.

Job Cart: The Job Cart uses cookies as described above. The information is simply a server generated ID code that is recalled when you return to our site. The code is used to recall your job cart selections. The cookie is kept active as a reference for seven days as a convenience to you. At the end of the seventh day, the cookie expires and the code is deleted along with the selected job records.

Third Party Cookies: We may use third party cookies* or scripts on occasion that serve to track search engine referrals or the page navigation habits of our users. All data is anonymous and no personally identifiable information is collected.

IP Addresses: An IP address identifies the location of a node on a network. The internet is just a huge network so everyone that is holding an active connection has a unique IP address. Our server logs your IP address during your visit, and your IP address is logged in our database when you submit any information across our website. These addresses are never used to identify you as a user, or ever recalled again for that matter. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, users or others.

Computer Information: We query your computer automatically for information about the computer or operating system you are using or error messages you may have received. We may do so in order to fit our services to your individual needs and to diagnose problems you may be having with our Web site. We do not log this information in any databases; all computer information is found only in the server logs.

Security Information: The importance of security is a top priority for us. Travel Nurse Across America has an IT department working everyday to monitor our systems and improve our security. All of your data is handled only by authorized personnel and our database servers have a backup system to prevent loss of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we will not be held liable should a third party illegally obtain your personal information during internet submission.

Your Email Address: You will be asked to provide your Email address to us only if submitting an application. This address is used strictly as a means to communicate with you, and to facilitate the processing of your application. Your email address is not used as automatic sign up for any subscriptions, bulk, or promotional emails. We may on occasion ask for your feedback via survey to see how we may serve you better. Your address is not sold or provided for commercial purposes to anyone outside of Travel Nurse Across America for any reason.
