Referral Bonus

Program Guidelines

• Referred travelers must be new to TNAA (i.e., full application in system).
• A referred traveler must start an assignment within 180 days of the application date.
• If two candidates are applying with TNAA and referring one another, they cannot split the referral bonus. They will need to choose which traveler will receive the bonus.
• Referral bonuses are paid in one installment. $500 will be paid within 30 days from the referred traveler’s first 30 days on assignment.
• Referred traveler’s assignment must be a minimum of 8 weeks.
• There is no limit to how many colleagues you can refer to TNAA, but you only get one bonus per person.
• TNAA reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
• You must be entered as a lead or have a completed application in TNAA’s system in order to receive a referral bonus.
